NOTHING as long as u make sure everything is rinsed out properly. Worst thing that could happen in some irritation in there (only if it gets dry though)...best thing would be rinse your thing and just to make sure its all gone, take a nice pee (drink a lot of water if u have too)
You want to avoid getting body soap up in the body cavities. It's not the end of the world if you do. Try to rinse as best as possible. You could get a UTI from it. Girls do get UTI from bubble baths and body washes all the time...especially if they're scented. If that doesn't happen, I'm sure you'll be a bit irritated. Just be careful :)
Unless you actually shoot a big blop of it up there, nothing will happen.


The worse that could happen is it may burn and irritate a bit. Make sure that you rinse very very well.
