How do really overweight people wash themselves if they can't reach certain parts of their body?

I wonder how they have sex....let' me ask my neighbor.How do really overweight people wash themselves if they can't reach certain parts of their body?

..........bad image.i guess the morbidly obese people get family to help them or check in to an assisted living home where they get taken care of.
i don't know. maybe they use a long stick with a sponge on it. like those ellufah (don't know how to spell that) sponges.
When they're really overweight they usually have assistance from a family member or a house cleaner, because if they can't wash themselves, how could they clean their house? But the people usually know what they're going into when they get hired. It's not like ';HEY! You clean my house, how 'bout cleaning my @ss too!?';
